our Atlanta Lease Purchase program, we want to put you into the home
that you choose and let you live in that home while we help you get your
credit issues straightened out. In our program, we will actually let you work
with our buyers agent to search any home on the market to find
the one that fits you. Once you find that house, we will attempt to
purchase it for you and lease purchase is back to you for 2 years.
We will also work with
you to help you get your credit cleaned up. We understand that
"life happens" and sometimes, unexpectedly, you may find
yourself in a position you never anticipated. That's ok, we still want
to help you get into your house and our credit counselors will work with
you while you're in the house to get your credit scores up.
Once your credit is
where it needs to be, we will then help you get financing on the house
so that you can purchase it back from us. We have a lender that
underwrites loans for our tenants almost everyday. Because of this, the
process to get the house in your name is very streamlined. Oftentimes,
our tenants end up exercising their option to purchase before the 2 year
lease term is up. |
