Upward Homes, LLC, our sister company, specializes in New Construction homes built specifically for our lease purchase customers. As we are ramping up this business, there are only a handful of homes that have already been built and are awaiting a lease purchase tenant. We do however, offer a service to those individuals who wish to have a custom home built for themselves. This service is different from all of our other lease purchase programs in that it does require a down payment on the part of the tenant/buyer (down payment would vary based on a number of factors). In case you haven't heard, we are currently in a buyers market. This means that there are a lot of builders out there who have existing new homes that they are DESPERATE to sell. We have relationships with a number of builders who are more than willing to discount the price of their homes to help our customers get into one. If you are interested in a new home, we are more than happy to work with you and the neighborhood of your choice to structure a lease purchase on a brand new home. This option would basically be run through our existing program - The only difference being that we would only look at new homes for you.
